Adaptive lessons are designed and curated to meet the needs of people with special needs or disabilities including autism, cerebral palsy (CP) deaf and hard of hearing, sensory processing disorders, multiple sclerosis (MS), and others. It includes modifications such as visual schedules, strategies and materials.
Yes! Yesterday is the best day to learn to swim. Today is the next best day. The hardest part is showing up. So grab a towel and lets get swimming.
Not if you don't want to. An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
We accept Zelle, Check or Cash before the start of your session.
It depends on your goals. If you are just starting swimming or personal training, please consider committing to at least twice a week.
For the water, please wear comfortable clothing for the pool and arrive ready to swim. Remember a towel and change of clothes which may be comfy during cooler weather.
For land sessions, wear something comfortable and bring water. If we're weight training, flat soled shoes are recommended.
