The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends children ages 3-5 be active throughout the day, 6-17 years active at least 60 minutes a day, and adults active at least 150 minutes a week. Swim with Kara offers high quality 1-1 private lessons with an adaptive physical activity kinesiologist.
Although physical activity it widely studied and known to improve the overall quality of life, its just as important to have fun. We move at a pace that feels good for you.
While water safety, swimming and physical fitness are really important skills, we play as we practice.
